Programme of Team Events
The Organising Commettee offers a free connection among hotels – Palaindoor (weapon check) – Exhibition Center (competition) with private buses. The schedule will be available at the hotel’s desk.
The bus stop could be within a short walking distance of the hotel:
- Hotel Astoria: bus stop at via del Gelso (hotel parking entrance)
- Hotel Allegria: bus stop at via del Gelso (300 m)
- Hotel San Giorgio: bus stop at viale delle Ferriere fuel station (50 m)
- Hotel Quo Vadis: bus stop at viale delle Ferriere fuel station (200 m)
Accommodation is guaranteed in affiliated hotels located in Udine or in the proximity of the Exhibition Center. Reservation requests can be made directly to the hotels. You can find the contact details in the table below. Please indicate reservation code: CDM2023 in the subject line of the e-mail.

Below are the rates reserved for the participants (rates per room per night). Please note that there are NO HOTELS within walking distance from the venue:
Discounted prices will be guaranteed for all bookings received by 23 rd December 2022.
Payment in advance will be required, according to the instructions you will receive directly from the hotels. If payment is required at check-in, a credit card will be requested to guarantee the reservation.
IMPORTANT NOTICE: the following services are provided at the affiliated hotels:

- TRAVEL ASSISTANCE
- SHUTTLE BUS TO AND FROM THE EQUIPMENT CHECK AND ACCREDITATIONS
- SHUTTLE BUS TO AND FROM THE COMPETITION VENUE
- SHUTTLE BUS TO AND FROM AIRPORTS
The rate for transport using the shared shuttle services is € 60.00 per person for return journeys. The service should be paid in advance by bank transfer or Visa/Mastercard/Maestro. Outside the indicated days and for customized services, please contact the COL to arrange private transportation. Prices upon request.
Transport services are arranged by the Organising Committee, who will take care to run the buses with a predefined timetable to be notified a few days before arrival. We will seek to prepare a timetable that minimises waiting times at the airports.

At Venice Marco Polo airport, can delegations please contact the organiser staff at the welcome point, which is located at the exit from baggage collection. There is no welcome point at Treviso and Trieste airports, please simply wait for your bus at the scheduled time.
Transportation from Trieste, Venice and Treviso airports is guaranteed for delegations who have booked the service in advance via firstname.lastname@example.org by 20th December 2021
Guests traveling by train must get off at Udine Station. Transportation from the station to the venue/hotel can be booked by sending a request to email@example.com.

PLEASE NOTE! The Organising Committee reserves the right to cancel the shuttle buses or modify the timetable in the event of a lack of bookings: please make sure you book the service and check that the confirmations received by the agency are still valid. For those booking transfer services, the group leader’s mobile number must be provided to ensure they can be easily contacted at any time.
